Terms and Conditions of Sale

By accepting delivery of the Supplies, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

Purchase
Once Tylon Specialty Flooring receives an order, a binding contract for the purchase and sale of the items will be formed between Tylon Specialty Flooring and Customer, and shall incorporate all the terms set forth herein.

Taxes
Customer shall be responsible for any state or local tax that results from the transfer of title or sale or delivery of the items purchased. An exception may be made if a valid and correct tax exemption certificate is provided to Tylon Specialty Flooring prior to delivery.

Warranty

Tylon Specialty Flooring is the legal and rightful owner of the items. Tylon also warrants that it is legally licensed to sell items being purchased hereunder.

Returns

Tylon Specialty Flooring shall accept returns of product within 30 days if it is in resalable condition. The order can be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellations

A return shipping costs to be covered by the customer plus a 15% restocking fee is applied to cancellations that have already shipped

Mutuality

Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale.

Shipping Policy

Tylon Specialty Flooring offers free shipping on all orders.

Shipping time may vary based on location. All orders are shipped with estimated delivery of 7-10 business days. If we are unable to meet our normal shipping and delivery time, we will contact you via phone and e-mail. All orders will be shipped via FedEx or ABF. If you have any questions or to track your shipping status you can call 1-877-254-2982. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail once your order is shipped.
